The compression bonded neodymium (Nd-Fe-B) magnets (MQ) are made of quick-quenched Nd-Fe-B magnetic powder mixed with epoxy binder. The bonded Nd-Fe-B can be molded into various shapes to achieve the requirement of tight tolerance. Since the powder is isotropic, the bonded Nd-Fe-B magnet can also be magnetized into multi-poles after coating.
